    W San Francisco

    W San Francisco

    Hotel Class:

Good! - 79% of guests recommend

Like all W hotels, this one is ultra luxe, with funky Japonais decor in the rooms. You also can't go wrong with the location - right next to the SFMOMA and a few blocks from Union Square. Love their chic XYZ lounge downstairs and the lovely libations at the bar. There's also a heated indoor pool and gym. Definitely go ...

    The Westin St. Francis

    The Westin St. Francis

    Hotel Class:
    4
    53 reviews
Good! - 78% of guests recommend

You couldn't have a better location but room quality really varies and some units are in desperate need of renovation. Very popular for conferences and can be insanely crowded / overrun. A good choice if it is on fire sale but, otherwise, other nearby properties offer similar convenience with less hassle.

    Clift Hotel San Francisco

    Clift Hotel San Francisco

    Hotel Class:

    37 reviews

The public spaces at this property are exceptional and it is hard not to fall in love with the hotel bar, the Redwood Room. Service is adequate and the location isn't too far from Union Square. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are pretty unimpressive. I found the white and muted purple color scheme to be a a bit drab. I also ...

    Palace Hotel

    Palace Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    33 reviews

The Palace Hotel is perhaps the most significant hotel in San Francisco. Before the Great Quake of 1906, it was here that all the hot shots and bigwigs would dine. The great Italian tenor Enrico Caruso stayed here during the tremor that leveled the city, and ran out soon after, vowing never to return to San Francisco. "An 'ell of ...

The butler service alone would qualify the St. Regis into our favorite San Francisco luxury hotels list. Add on to that an infinity pool, luxurious spa, several restaurants, and top-notch customer service, and you've got one of the classiest hotels in all of California. The excellent room decor is only matched by their seamless technological additions (control your room through ...

This is a review of the main space: This Hyatt is HUGE. In the main atrium area there is a big light sculpture hanging down from the ceiling. Check that out. Hotel as a whole is very convenient, being a block from the Ferry Building and in the financial district.

Conveniently located in Union Square, the Parc 55 is a great hotel for the business traveller or economical crash pad after a night out at nearby clubs like Ruby Skye. The lobby has a decent bar area and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Standard rooms are not all that luxurious, but furnishings are rather contemporary. Suites are spacious and ...

Great option to stay for a business traveler. I had been in the lobby here a couple of times and was pretty underwhelmed. But it's actually a great spot. The rooms have been recently renovated - everything feels new, clean and nicely done. The beds, like at all Westins, are super comfy and spacious, with a big desk for working. ...

This Marriott is nice. Right next to all the shops on market street and a short walk to union square. The view lounge at the top I pricy but if you have never been you need to check it out. It's a 360 view of the city from the 38 floor.

Wonderful hotel on the Embarcadero, with a stunning view of the Bay Bridge. The entire staff, from the doorman to the concierge, to the bartenders in Americano and the housekeeper, was extremely welcoming and hospitable.
