    Union Square

    208 reviews

Union Square is one of the most well known landmarks in the City. and is the center of the downtown shopping district. Parking is available underneath the park, although be careful on the time, there isn't any validation, and it you can rack up charges if your stay exceeds more than a couple hours.

Very cool spot in sf! They have a great basement area where they have DJs spinning and a completely different vibe then the upstairs area that's far more lit. The specialty cocktails are great and on the weekends they have aerialists upstairs.

I love the look of this place! All the books, cozy seats/sofas; great place to hit up with some friends for happy hour. Note: lots of suits come here since it's close to FiDi! I came for a Gogobot + Travel Massive event, so I only tried the house white wine, which surprised me (it was good!). Il have to ...

Nice bar/lounge! Classy with nicely dressed people and great wine. I definitely want to come back with some friends. One of those places where you can dress up and have a chill evening. In the latter part of the evening, they have a DJ in the corner playing music.

Great place in FiDi to grab some drinks with friends. Neat interior/space. There's the long bar when you walk in and on the back there's more tables and a smaller bar. The upstairs balcony has a nice view of the whole space. Fills up quickly on Friday and gets packed. You'll have to be patient to get your turn at ...

Hands down one of my favorite bars in SF. Not only is it central to the downtown area, but I think this is one of the hidden gems. They have a bodyguard when you walk into the building, and as you wander down the stairway, you can see newspapers hanging on the wall among their booths and tables. If you're ...

Definitely a tourist trap, but hey it is San Francisco. Tons of things to do this area; you can grub on some fresh seafood, watch some of the entertainment by the street performers, or just relax by some of the bars.

A wonderful piece of engineering, a delightful piece of art, the Golden Gate Bridge defines San Francisco. Although I have not yet used it, I look forward to traversing the bridge on foot using the walking path across the bridge.

ATT Park is the best park in Major League Baseball. The consession stands are mini five star restaurants. The view will distract you from the game (like that's a bad thing).

The "Other" famous bridge, it may not get the recognition of it's older sister just up the road but this bridge is just as beautiful and adds to the cities skyline. And for the next two years the Bay Bridge has added a light show that begins at dusk.

    Ferry Plaza Farmers Market

    74 reviews

The farmers market is great -- it's San Francisco, which values wellness and fresh food. Great for those who work or live nearby to grab some fresh produce on Thursdays. There's also quite a few food vendors here as well, so you can grab a bite to eat for lunch and try something new!

    Bay Bridge

The Bay Bridge provides the black and white divide that neatly opposed the Golden Gate Bridge as entrances to the city. Bay Bridge, access to 80 and the route to Berkeley and business travelers commuting to the city. At night, the bridge is lit with light and the glow cast will remind you of Christmas.

    Yoshi's San Francisco

Yoshi's SF is a great, intimate old style Jazz club with a lot of modern interpretations of the classic Cabaret. First, the design is well thought out, with really no bad seat in the house. There is the main floor in front of the stage with about 4 rows of tables in a fan shape around the stage, and 2 ...

Redford just turned one year old! Their anniversary party was great - it even had an open bar for an hour or two! I like the layout with the big bar downstairs and the smaller bar upstairs - which is a little more intimate. Try the pizza! It's really good! Washes down a great Moscow Mule really well! Great for ...

    Alibi Restaurant and Lounge

Hot Gogobot Pro party at Alibi, a swank FiDi watering hole with music, TVs and great bar drinks. The decor is spartan-trendy-hip, with a seating lounge area, long bar on the left, and places to mingle in between.
