San Pedro Square Market is my go-to dining spot whenever I am in downtown San Jose area. It is great if you are with a group of friends. With so many eateries to choose from, there is always something for everyone.
What impresses me most is the quality of the food options. There are not one single chain franchise. Every tenant there is unique with a lot of characters.
The outdoor dining area is fun. Sometimes they have special event or live music.

Finally, San Jose's version of SF's Ferry Building! A marketplace for various types of vendors and restaurants & bars. Much appreciated addition to south bay.

What a lovely & chill place to be at...
There's a great variety of different eateries to choose from if you're not sure of what to pick from. So far I've tried Blush & the Bar which was both great!
The outside seating area under the big tree is very relaxing & great for conversations plus you get to hear music from either Blush or the other side that plays country music? Which is cool.. depending on which side you want to listen to upon your musical taste.
I really like the hummingbirds that are adorned on the branches of the big tree. It's so cute & pretty & unique! :D
Parking: pretty easy street parking; free meters after 6pm.

A lovely market that has a lot of small fast street food style vendors to be able to just eat and go. Just about everything here seems fresh and local. The best thing about this place is the atmosphere and the choices of all kinds of food to eat. It offers a small dining area in back or inside.

Nice selection of casual food selections from fusion hot dogs, to fresh brick oven pizza's, to Tacos. Sort of a collection of food between trucks Off the Grid abd snall sit down cafes. Also gas a mini sports bar, barber shop, and wine bar.

This place is so fun at night. They have all types of food here, plenty of drinks, and great entertainment. You can make your own fire stone pizza and sit outside in their huge outdoor seating area while watching a football game. Perfect place to be at for those warm summer nights.

Easy access to parking garages (there are metered spaces too). They have a farmers market on Saturday afternoons just outside the building -- fresh produce, baked goods, etc. spend the day outside, grab some drinks and food at the restaurants inside the two buildings. There's a good amount of things to choose from; they're still expanding, so you'll see some empty space/tarps up for construction. There's live music sometimes too outside.
