Expect nothing but perfection. Fish and meat are the specialties here, you can go for either, or both. Galeria dos Pães

The Brazilian padaria (bakery) culture was brought over by the Portuguese and still to this day most are owned and operated by Portuguese families who have run the show for decades and generations. Padarias wildly neighborhood-centric, which is why this one – in the funky, GLS-friendly alternative nightlife neighborhood of Baixo Augusta – is a particular good time. It’s a ...

Rascal is a buffet restaurant that has one of the best salad and antipasti selections I've ever had and the homemade pasta is amazing. It's a nice place to go with the family for a weekend lunch and make sure you don't have breakfast because you will eat like a pig, you can't help it.

    Frangó

Largo da Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Ó, 168, Freguesia do Ó - Sao Paulo, Brazil
    5
    7 reviews

Frangó may just be the farthest bar from anything in São Paulo, you'll probably will have to drive an hour to get there, no matter where you are, but it's absolutely worth it. Hidden in a residential neighborhood, right in front of the Nossa Senhora do Ó church, is this bar, that at first looks tiny, but hides a huge ...

Ritz definitely has the best burger in São Paulo, the best litchi caipirinha and you MUST order bolinhos de arroz on the side - whatever it is that you order. It is also one of the best people spotting places in town. ;) Enjoy.

    P.J. Clarke's

A true NY burger and cheesecake. They also have american style brunch on weekends, which has improved a LOT since last time I went. They had a very shy brunch buffet like a year ago and now it's huge, with all sorts of salads, quiches, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, waffles, jams, syrups, cakes and even a key lime pie!

    Brasil a Gosto

    R. Prof. Azevedo Amaral, 70 - Jardim Paulista, Sao Paulo, 01409-030, Brazil

    4 reviews

The place is unpretentious but food is top. A good way to start is with a caipirinha cocktail, with big slices of cashew fruit instead of the traditional lime. Then move on to an appetizer platter of tapioca crisps with an accompanying creamy coconut-and-crab mix, a lollipop of grilled, cubed cheese known as queijo coalho drizzled with molasses and slices ...

Great fresh fruit juices; Good smoothies, shakes and deserts; ok burguers/sandwiches; bad fries, very small portions, the cheddar topping is quite awful; terrible onion rings. Slow service. Expensive if considered the quality.
