Amazing sports amenities. I have seriously never seen anything quite like this. If you're a NBA fan with a craving for a little pampering during your travels, this is your hotel! On the 19th floor, ... read more
there is a shiny and polished regulation-size basketball court, conveniently adjacent to the outdoor rooftop pool. And you won't miss the game anywhere in this hotel as there are huge HD TVs in all the elevators, all the guestrooms and in the very nice bars and restaurants downstairs. There's also a jumbo-size home cinema available on a reservation basis! Getting tired of basketball? The court transforms for tennis and there's a virtual bowling alley in-the-house too. One word of advice, I heard through the grapevine that this hotel is so well-suited for basketball that some NBA away-teams do stay here. So, if you'd rather use the facilities than gawk at the pros, book your stay when there's no home game for the Heat!

This is another excellent downtown high rise hotel.

The Four Seasons rarely disappoints and this Miami location is no exception. Located in downtown Miami within the tallest building in the US south of Atlanta (tall!), the hotel is an oasis of refined ... read more
comfort and luxury. Not for the South Beach crowd, this Miami getaway focuses on tranquility and relaxation over the raucous who's who of Miami's famous club scene. Ideal for upper end business travel or a romantic weekend away. I love the upper floor pool deck and the fantastic works of art that integrate seamlessly into the design of this beautiful hotel.

      Hi Scott,

You'll find better city and bay views in downtown Miami as opposed to Miami Beach. A number of the nicer hotels are very tall high rises with amazing views. The Four Seasons is amongst my favorites. The hotels on Miami Beach tend to be lower, and the draw is the beach, the nightlife and the art deco architecture.
