Seaside is one of the nations first "planned communities" and was even the back drop for Jim Carrey's "The Truman Show". Take an afternoon to visit the local shops, music stores, old time generals store and more! Whether you want to take a stroll through the town or check out the local music scene, Seaside has it!

A must to visit only two miles from our condo. Seaside is a quaint and picturesque little town. Nothing better than a bike ride up and down 30A and lunch at Seaside. Must have dinner at Bud and Alleys and enjoy the awesome views. Many shops and popular green space for kids to roam and play. Always events going on to enjoy (wine festivals, movies and bands.)

A bustling beach town with fun shops and food spots. A favorite drinking and dining spot is the Tarpon Club located on the top of Bud and Alleys. This is great for older travelers and families alike.

Watch The Truman Show then head to Seaside. This is the small town that has shaped all of 30-A. Plenty of restaurants and shops!

Take a trip down 30A to Seaside and see where "The Truman Show" was filmed. Have a pizza at Bud and Ally's.

Seaside was the first master-planned community along 30A. Being one of the first cities in America designed on the principles of New Urbanism, the town has become the topic of slide lectures in architectural schools and in housing-industry magazines, and is visited by design professionals from all over the United States. The town rose to global fame as being the main filming location of the movie The Truman Show. Visit the food trucks along 30A, you won't regret it.

Seaside - straight from the movie set. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk, Taco Bar - Bud & Alleys - Awesome. In season movie night on the lawn - bring a blanket and pack a meal (some drinks too). Concerts on the lawn as well. Great for the whole family.

Lots of great dining choices - we love Taco Bar and of course the Food Trucks! Always fun to browse the shops beside Bud & Ally's. Walking through Ruskin Place visiting the shops and Art Galleries is a bit like stepping into another time.

Great place for shopping, dining, and enjoying the night life. During high seasons they have plays and concerts in the ampitheater. Just two miles from Ramsgate and an easy ride on the 30A bike path.
