Just 7 miles from Rosemary. This picture perfect town is where the Truman Show was filmed. Lots of restaurants and shopping.

Seaside is one of the nations first "planned communities" and was even the back drop for Jim Carrey's "The Truman Show". Take an afternoon to visit the local shops, music stores, old time generals store and more! Whether you want to take a stroll through the town or check out the local music scene, Seaside has it!

30 years ago the town of Seaside was established. And that is part of the magic of Seaside. It is a town. A Seaside resort town. It is charming and romantic, beautiful and graceful, diverse and ecclectic, authentic and unpretentious, alive and vibrant. Perhaps the dream for Seaside 30 years ago was the dream for life itself. Simplicity, grace, elegance. Seaside is defined by this basic truth. Seaside reminds so many people of what is truly real in life. What is truly significant. A simple connection to family and friends and the beauty that abounds in this special corner of the world.

Seaside is not a cookie cutter beach resort. Indeed we have pools and tennis courts and other beach resort amenities, but Seaside is more. It is an experience. It is an experience that not only changes the way a vacation is lived, it changes the way a life is lived. Seaside helps us all live a dream. The dream of a simple, beautiful life.

For those who have never been here, "The Truman Show" put Seaside on the map. There are a few recognizable landmarks in Seaside that you can spot when watching the film. Your family can locate them all and snap some great photos fit for your Florida Vacation Memories photo album!

A must to visit only two miles from our condo. Seaside is a quaint and picturesque little town. Nothing better than a bike ride up and down 30A and lunch at Seaside. Must have dinner at Bud and Alleys and enjoy the awesome views. Many shops and popular green space for kids to roam and play. Always events going on to enjoy (wine festivals, movies and bands.)

A bustling beach town with fun shops and food spots. A favorite drinking and dining spot is the Tarpon Club located on the top of Bud and Alleys. This is great for older travelers and families alike.

Watch The Truman Show then head to Seaside. This is the small town that has shaped all of 30-A. Plenty of restaurants and shops!

Seaside was the first master-planned community along 30A. Being one of the first cities in America designed on the principles of New Urbanism, the town has become the topic of slide lectures in architectural schools and in housing-industry magazines, and is visited by design professionals from all over the United States. The town rose to global fame as being the main filming location of the movie The Truman Show. Visit the food trucks along 30A, you won't regret it.

Seaside - straight from the movie set. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, boardwalk, Taco Bar - Bud & Alleys - Awesome. In season movie night on the lawn - bring a blanket and pack a meal (some drinks too). Concerts on the lawn as well. Great for the whole family.

Lots of great dining choices - we love Taco Bar and of course the Food Trucks! Always fun to browse the shops beside Bud & Ally's. Walking through Ruskin Place visiting the shops and Art Galleries is a bit like stepping into another time.

Great place for shopping, dining, and enjoying the night life. During high seasons they have plays and concerts in the ampitheater. Just two miles from Ramsgate and an easy ride on the 30A bike path.

Who doesn't enjoy Seaside? During the infamous showing of " The Truman Show " really put this place on the map and its growth is amazing! Art lovers, there are galleries all around for you to explore and buy some lovely pieces. Foodies, this place has great little restaurants to enjoy a bite to eat and watch the ocean waves. Luxury travelers, Seaside has amazing unique pleasing architecture buildings that are centered right around the town center and even down little pathways... in fact you will even locate beautiful parks to sit and relax. You can grab a bike and be in another world when visiting here. So many paths to enjoy a ride with the family.

Seaside is a must! There is so much to do here. I love the shopping especially, but great sit-down restaurants, grab and go eateries and coffee shops too. Also a farmer's market on Saturday mornings. Lots of time can be spent here exploring.

Storybook beach town filled with easter egg colored buildings, shops and restaurants. Excellent shopping and eating of all kinds. Just a few miles south of Hwy 98 on Hwy 30A. Eat at one of Bud and Alley's legendary restaurants.
