Strange attraction and well, pretty gross. If you can get over that and look at some of the gum arts people attempted to create, it's actually cool. It's on the way ascending or descending from Pike's market, so at least worth a drop by look.

So gross yet so awesome at the same time! If you're visiting Pike Place Market, you'll have to stop at the gum wall for a photo opp and add your own piece to it. Germaphobes will probably want to stay away from this.

Seattle' gum wall is world famous. Thousands of visitors to Washington have stopped to add their individual contribution. If you are a germ-a-phobe, this may not be the best idea for you, but there is no better way to leave a mark on Seattle that will remain for years to come. It is something you could do with an extra five minutes and is actually a pretty cool sight.
