SeaWorld has gotten a lot of bad press lately, and I had heard that SeaWorld wasn't really all that great of an attraction, but I loved it. Particularly loved being able to see killer whales up close.Recommended for:

A great park for everyone. Big roller coasters for the bravery ones, fantastic shows, delicious food, kids rides and play area. Ticket is not as expensive compare to Disney parks. You can get a fun annual card for a very reasonable price. Don't forget to pack changing clothes and towels for your kids in the summer days. They will not miss the water area!Recommended for:

When we can we love to go to SeaWorld. It is the perfect place for our kids they have lots to see and do, At times we stay home in the morning and then get to the park after lunch so we can stay for the fireworks shows. They always have a ticket deal on line e.g. buy one child ticket get an adult ticket free and sometimes a free 2nd day admission. They also have unlimited entry if you buy a multi-park pass to Aquatica, Busch Gardens, etc. We love the moving sidewalk at the penguin exhibit and the carousel ride with the sea animals on it.Recommended for:

This is the only park we have had annual passes since 2004, that should tell you something. It has stood the test of time with our family. From babe's in arms to adventurous teens, there is something for everyone to enjoy, even year after year.
The behind the scenes tours are great something extra. Don't forget to get the kids a Shamu cookie (chocolate dipped shortbread).Recommended for:

I over-visited as a youth growing up in Orlando so I'm a bit jaded. The ability to encounter orcas and other sea life is spectacular but I do feel sad that these amazing creatures are trapped / so contained.Recommended for:

Parks can sometimes be costly when it comes to food and snacks - what we have discovered that you can take your own lunch and drinks with you and put them in a locker just inside the park. The payment of $12.00 allows you to access the locker all day and keeps the cost down.
With respect to the shows, Blue Horizon, a fantastic water show, is a MUST SEE! The costumes, the color, the beauty of the story and the interaction with all guests is amazing...and it is included with your park attraction ticket!

Had a fantastic time in Seaworld; what better way to counter the humidity that is Florida? I loved all aquatic exhibits, and I particularly enjoyed the shows, they were thrilling and energetic. Come here with family and friends, especially the little ones. Make sure to get some souvenirs as well!Recommended for:

One of the parks most impressive marine life in the world. Created to promote education, research and conservation, the park entertains adults and children.
The killer whale Shamu is the symbol of the park. Besides the animal shows the park has exciting attractions like the rollercoaster Manta. One of the best in town.Recommended for:

If you're a thrill-seeking adventurer, this is the place to be. Two roller-coaster rides called the Manta and the Kraken will keep your heart racing at breakneck speed. Sea World is family friendly and will appeal to those who love animals and wildlife.Recommended for:

SeaWorld Orlando is the world's biggest marine-themed park, offering exhibits and live shows featuring dozens of species, from dolphins and manatees to the park's signature "Shamu" orcas (more popularly known as killer whales). There is a new killer whale show, One Ocean, which will replace the Believe show.
SeaWorld's got plenty of non-animal attractions, too, including the roller coasters Kraken and Manta, which won the Theme Park Insider Award for the nation's best new attraction when it debuted in 2009. Parents with small children will want to take them to Shamu's Happy Harbor play area for much less intense thrills.
Food's also an attraction at the park (which used to be own by the Anheuser Busch company). SeaWorld Orlando typically offers special dining experiences, including luaus and meals with animal trainers, in addition to its regular collection of restaurants. Check at the park's entrance for what available when you visit. Antarctica: New is the Empire of the Penguin, a unique, all-family adventure ride that combines 30-degree temperatures and nearly 250 penguins, is now open at SeaWorld Orlando!Recommended for:
