It's an economic b&b very close to Termini station. Reccomend for people who need to move without a car. The hotel is inside a big, old palace with an iron gate. You have to follow the indications for the hall. The rooms are on different floors and also in different parts of the structure. So after the chek in you have to move with your luggage trough the building to reach your room. Anyway I was positively impressed by the clean and tidy room, with an anonymous style but quite comfortable. The room rate include breakfast but there isn't a breakfast area in the hotel. You have to go to a near bar which is also restaurant. I didn't like very much have to walk in the morning. Anyway the bar is nice and offer a good breakfast and a good menu for lunch.Recommended for:

We walked from Termini station which is just down the road, but the hotel entrance wasn’t very easy to find, especially in the dark, but once we crossed the busy road (at the crossing!) we reached the big gate, found the hotel bell, walked under a long archway, into the courtyard and on the left we found a real haven tucked away from the busy main street. The rooms and private bathrooms have obviously been recently renovated so it’s very clean and tidy with all the essentials with TV hair-drier and AC. There is free WIFI but it didn't reach the top floor and they explained that they hoped to change that soon. There is a lovely garden to sit in and the staff were all friendly and helpful and smiled… definitely a bonus, it makes you feel comfortable and able to ask for any information. An Italian breakfast is included which is offered at their resturant/bar called Rik’s cafe a couple of blocks down the road and they give you a discount for meals if you are staying at the hotel. It’s a shame breakfast isn't on site but it’s on the way to the centre so it’s in the right direction.Recommended for:

Located about a 5 minute walk from Termini Station. When walking to/from Termini, there is a major street to cross. I was timid my first day and used the crosswalk at an intersection with a traffic light, but gradually adapted to Rome traffic and used the more convenient crosswalk that is in front of the hotel (no traffic light).
The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was clean, private bath/shower with TV and AC. Breakfast is served at a small cafe around the corner - friendly service and a nice way to start the day. The free wifi worked without any issues and was a nice bonus compared to other hotels that charge extra.
