I've attended several concerts here in the past, and every time I go I am reminded of how much I really love the flow of Shorelines open, "county fair" layout. The design keeps all the stages far enough away from one another to make them each a unique venue, but close enough so that you can quickly move from one area to another. Pricing varies depending on the performers, but the lawn tickets are usually the cheapest.

i have spent many a shows here at the shoreline. the bridge school shows, dmb, lalapalooza, bfd's, pearl jam and dozens of others. it's just such a darn pain in the but anymore to get to and see a show here.
first of all it's one hell of a trip to get there
the parking might as well be away in a dessert
everything is sooo pricey
the lawn is in shambles
the stage is so small
good luck walking around on the grassy hill especially when drinking
try drinking and moving around out there
the sound quality is terrible
the price per tickets for shoreline are sad
overall a show at shoreline is just way to much trouble it makes it hard to enjoy any show at all you may see.

Crazy awesome venue, perfect for music festivals as opposed to a single concert venue. Went here for the BFD Music Festival and had a blast. Gogobot was there and kicking it with the free leis and Gogo swag. Loved it.

Dare I admit I went here years ago to watch a Sarah Mclachlan? :-) Overall, a good venue that where many concerts and events are held in the south part of the Bay Area. Beware driving through 101 if you're catching a concert close to traffic hours on weekdays.
