    New Majestic Hotel

    New Majestic Hotel

    Class:
    4.5
    4 reviews
Excellent! - 86% of guests recommend

When you stay in hotels frequently they tend to blur together, but the New Majestic is one to remember. When you walk in to the lobby it feels more like a modern art gallery than a hotel with design books and chairs made from shopping carts, and each room is truly a work of art. They’re all completely different - ...

    Wink Hostel

    Wink Hostel

    4.5
    4 reviews
Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

There’s a lot to like about Wink Hostel, which is easily the most modern and high-tech hostel I’ve ever seen. The only thing not to like is maybe the price (which is about double the average Singapore hostel, but a bargain compared to a hotel), but you do get your money’s worth. First off, their pod-style beds are cozy and ...

    Capri by Fraser Changi City

    Capri by Fraser Changi City

    5
    2 reviews

A new concept of hotel in Changi City, Singapore. They want this place to be your home away from home. Excellent pool & gym is open to every guest (24hr), deli is open all day long, and my favourite part, the Hot Spot - where you can work and hangout on sofa and beanbag chairs. This hotel is full of ...

    Marina Bay Sands

    Marina Bay Sands

    Class:
    4.5
    150 reviews
Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

Forget the casino and hotel. Head to the top of the Marina Bay Sands for the incredible views of Singapore from the observation deck. A great place to hop in the pool if you know someone who is staying there but friends who have stayed there say the hotel itself isn't worth it.

    Studio M Hotel

    Studio M Hotel

    Class:
    4.5
    7 reviews
Good! - 75% of guests recommend

Studio M is right along the Singapore River but away from the noise of Clarke Quay. It’s quite new and the rooms have a unique loft set-up with the bed on a raised platform. It feels more like an apartment in New York than a hotel room, but it makes the most of the small space. On the ground level ...

    The Club

    The Club

    Class:
    4.5
    3 reviews

I’m not sure why it’s called The Club when it’s actually a hotel, but this is definitely one of the trendiest places to stay in Singapore. The hotel has a black and white color scheme from the lobby all the way to the rooftop bar. The rooms are a good size with soft white beds and black designs stencilled on ...

    Matchbox The Concept Hostel

    Matchbox The Concept Hostel

    4.5
    2 reviews

I feel a bit old for hostels sometimes, but Matchbox is a boutique hostel so it's a bit different than the stereotype. Instead of the usual dorm bed you get a “pod” which has walls and greater privacy. The bed is comfy and there’s a reading lamp and power outlet so you can read or work on a laptop in ...

    Capella Singapore

    Capella Singapore

    Class:
    5
    8 reviews
Excellent! - 91% of guests recommend

The only place in Singapore that really comes close to delivering the Southeast Asian luxury beach resort experience. If you have time, you are still better off flying to Thailand or Indonesia but Capella comes close if you have to stay in Singapore. This is a secluded enclave that is a 20 min drive from the rest of the city. ...

    Fullerton Hotel Singapore

    Class:
    4.5
    18 reviews
Excellent! - 88% of guests recommend

The Fullerton is impressive. A little less luxurious than the Raffles but this is the other quintessentially Singaporean place to stay. Lovely architecture with a great river side location. You can't beat the location and the Sunday champagne brunches are legendary.

    Wanderlust Hotel

    4
    3 reviews
Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

As a member of the Design Hotels, expect nothing less than the wow factor at this former school house. Built in the Twenties in Little India, Singapore, the now award-winning Wanderlust's decor is themed around industrial glam, eccentricity, black and white, and creature comforts. It's an overwhelming assault on the senses!

    The Sentosa Resort And Spa

    The Sentosa Resort And Spa

    Class:
    4.5
    8 reviews

A bit tired vs. the newer Capella but I still love The Sentosa. Nice pool, a hillside location, and good views. The Sentosa is a great escape from the malls. Managed by Beaufort, fans of the Sukhothai in Bangkok will notice many similarities though this property doesn't quite hold up to the comparison.

Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

Great boutique hotel tucked away in the middle of China Town. This place has a lot of charm and the terrace bar / restaurant are a great place to spend the evening. This isn't a luxury property even though prices can reach luxury levels during peak periods. A great property but the Raffles and Fullerton are both better local options ...

    Raffles Hotel Singapore

    Raffles Hotel Singapore

    Class:
    4.5
    42 reviews

The Raffles Hotel is one of the oldest and most historic buildings in all of Singapore. It's a charming colonial enclave among all the modern skyscrapers which dominate Singapore. I would suggest you go to the bar section and order a Singapore Sling. It's their most famous cocktail drink and supposedly originated there. The bar apparently makes at least a ...

Perfection. Emblematic of Singapore's modernity, cleanliness and service. Gorgeous view of the harbour from all rooms in the suite. Pool was great, as was all service. Location was good, not in the busy hub-bub of the city but still walkable to public transportation and points of interest.
