Just a short walk from the Jackson Blue Line station, the Skydeck is a must-see on your trip to Chicago. From the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower (the locals still call it the Sears Tower--forgive us), the city looks like a Lite-Brite at night. If you're brave, you can stand in a glass box and look at the ground 1353 feet below you. It's quite a view.Recommended for:

Get a whole different view of the Windy City from atop the Willis Tower - formerly known as the Sears Tower. This engineering marvel is perhaps one of the best-known buildings in the city, and remains the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The Skydeck allows you to walk out over the city on a glass platform, giving you one of the best, most unobstructed views that you could hope for.Recommended for:

Great place to go! First time is amazing but the second time not so much! A bit overpriced considering you only spend about 30 minutes up there. Do not be afraid to step on the lodge! It is a must experience! The panoramic views are amazing! For better pictures I advise to go during the daytime. FYI, the lines can be extremely long and it can get a bit crowded once you reach the top. Best time to avoid going is during holidays and summer time. Go any other time of the year to fully enjoy!Recommended for:

I recommend buying the tickets online in order to skip the ticket line. It is usually a 2-3 hour wait if tickets have not been purchased. We waited about 45 minutes to get to the top with the pre ordered tickets.Recommended for:

The Skydeck on the 103rd Floor of the Sears Tower offers views of four states and one Great Lake on a good day. You're at the top of the tallest building in North America and the third tallest in the world (as of 2012). There's a portion where you can stand on a glass ledge and look down a thousand feet onto Chicago.
