Breakfast food at it's best. Located in Hillcrest near many other trendy restaurants, this one is a local fave. Expect to wait a bit, but know it's worth it for what you'll enjoy. Insider Tip: try the burrito - it's as large as your face!!

Long long lines greet you at the door of this retro themed diner, and with good reason- this is one of the major brunch places in San Diego. Coffee is strong, morning cocktails are stronger if you need an extra kick. They're known for their eggs Benedict plates, and they do them well. Their variation on Benedicts proudly takes up a section of the menu, with stuff like a Havana Benny (riff on the Cuban sandwich) and one with smoked salmon instead of the usual Canadian bacon. Yummy place, just prepare yourself for a wait!

Incredible! Such a great experience! Hugely popular breakfast place. Their options are incredible. They have 6 benedict options, I loved the Caprese (all veggie). And they even brought us over a complimentary french toast desert to complete our meal. Amazing experience!

I love brunch, and Snooze has to be one of my favorite brunch spots! They serve some amazing benedicts! They also have pretty awesome pancakes, and you can choose to get a pancake flight. I love the ambience - high ceiling, naturally lighted and airy, perfect way to enjoy your morning! Friendly service too!

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and what better way to start your day in beautiful San Diego then at Snooze like we did! They don't take reservations so expect a wait, however, if you go early enough, that wait may be minimized. We came here with a group of girls and so had the luxury of ordering many things to try from. Highly recommend the breakfast pot pie, the phyllo dough adds a nice soft flaky texture. We couldn't resist sharing a pancake flight either, with so many to choose from it was a hard decision. If you're stumped like us, ask the waiter/waitress for recommendations. The pancakes were a real sweet treat after our savory entree, so warm and fluffy! I'm sure after a night of drinking, you would love nothing more than a stack of them! They have quite the menu options for everyone's cravings and cocktails as well! Staff is quick and friendly, the manager made a few rounds to make sure we were doing okay. What I thought was really sweet is what our waitress did. We wanted one of their popular cocktails, the Melon Ball, but they were all out of the melon juice it's made with, so later on during our meal, the waitress brought one out for me even though they weren't serving them, just because it's my birthday. It's the little gestures that mean the most. She said she saved just enough to make one! Snooze is spacious and I love the high ceiling, what's even more awesome is they play the best hip hop mixes, better then some of the lounges I've been to in San Diego!

You are going to have to wait on the weekends, but their brunch is out of this world! A HUGE and interesting selection of pancakes, and the best benedict/chiliquiles I have ever had.
