Took a train from Nice to Beaulieu and got off there. Then walked on a path by the seat to Cap Ferrat about 20 minutes. David Niven's former house is there. It is magnificent, on a cliff overlooking the sea. This also is a picture postcard place. Very quiet, so nice to visit for and hour or so. Then we took train to Eze, another Medieval village in the mountains. Back on the train to a stop at Cap'Ail. We got off there and walked a path by the sea into Monaco. It took about 45 min. Beautiful views!

This is the most beautiful place I have ever been!
I can't even describe how beautiful it is!
The drive from St Tropez to Nice is stunning with St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in the middle on a cape.
It is the epitomy of luxury and something everyone should experience.

Description

St Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a seaside village in a beautiful location, on a peninsula jutting into the blue Mediterranean between Nice and Monaco. The village itself is rather small, but there are a lot of nice terrace café-restaurants; most along the port. The port, like many along this part of the coast, was once a small fishing port that's evolved into a somewhat larger yacht harbor.
