The Island of Guernsey in the English Channel is beautiful. There is a way to see most of it and for an amazingly low price! For the sum of one pound, you can take the bus around the entire island on a trip lasting about an hour. Much of it is along the ocean and part of it is in small residential areas so you can view the houses and gardens of those living there. You also go by Fort Grey and various installations used during the wars. The bus leaves about once each hour. I highly recommend this, as this is a trip that will leave you breathless and still with money in your pocket.

I would love to go back and spend time on all the Channel Islands.
