Snorkeling in the Grenadines, Turtle Island/Tobago Cays and diving by Sail Rock shouldn't be missed. One of the small cays with one lone palm tree on the beach was a scene in Pirates of Caribbean that Jack Sparrow was left to die.

Interesting art exhibition about the native Carib population. Dizzying view of the rocky coastline and beautiful views back across the island.

A great place for hiking (as long as you're happy with rickety bridges over flowing water.) A shame about the concrete at the base of the waterfall but that can't detract from the beautiful, isolated spot. Very refreshing.

Interesting look at the stunning flowers found around the islands. Also the chance to get close to the national bird: the St. Vincent Parrot (Amazona Guildingii)

Spectacular tropical volcano covered in forest with easy to navigate hiking trails. View into the black rock crater phenomenal at the top. Can be climbed within a day but a reasonable level of fitness is required.

A very welcoming place. Still a fully functional church but also serves as an impromptu history lesson with regards to the British influence here. Look out for the stained glass window with a scarlet Angel Gabriel - Queen Victoria rejected it on account of the scandal of an angel wearing red.
