Sunnyvale is a suburban city located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
As for culture, the city does not have much to offer. But that's not really why Sunnyvale exists in the first place. Sunnyvale is home to companies such as LinkedIn and Juniper Networks whom are some of the more renowned companies in the world.
If you do see culture here however, Murphy Avenue is the place to go. This is downtown Sunnyvale and contains many interesting restaurants and coffee shops. While in comparable to Castro Street up in Mountain View or University Avenue in Palo Alto, this place is cheaper and you will find parking much easier.

Went to grade school there. I lived in Edgemont, near the March Air Force Base. Fond memories of grade school and my teachers, who were all awesome. Best was Mr. Cook, 5th grade. He taught a summer art and craft program. My mom and I went and we learned lots of different crafts. Great teacher and school.
