The building itself is lovely, but watching the Supreme Court in action is the best! Oral arguments before the Justices are open to the public. When the Court is in session, there's a “three minute” line if you just want to take a peek.Recommended for:

The Supreme Court is an impressive building. The history and tall, imposing columns adds a sense of gravitas as you enter the court house. It is difficult to walk in there without thinking of the major landmark cases that were decided there such as Roe v. Wade, Brown v. Board of Education, etc.Recommended for:

Visiting the Supreme Court of the US is something you'll never forget! When you walk into the Court Chambers you are instantly reminded of its' importance. As it states over the grand doors as you enter, this building stands for "Equal Justice Under Law," and everything about it reflects that!
