For a restaurant that has been open just close to a year, business is definitely brisk. It's almost an understatement if you ask me. But there's good reason for it; the food and the staff are amazing. Got to try my hand making one of my favorite foods through their private sushi making class. After attempting it at home, I figured I'd leave it to the experts, but this has swayed my opinion otherwise. Sarah and Randy were fantastic instructors, and it was almost hard to believe our groups produced some delicious sushi. I'd love to come back here!Recommended for:

Excellent choice of uniquely-flavored sushi that is contemporary, creative, and absolutely beautiful to look at, while outrageously delicious, at the same time! Can't miss the RMS Roll!
One of the best kept secrets in downtown Campbell, Sushi Confidential is unique sushi restaurant that blends American styles with Asian fusion influences, offering extraordinary flavors and tasty combinations that are unlike the traditional sushi venues. The atmosphere is more hip and modern, and offers a more upbeat vibe. As for the food, the sushi rolls are certainly unique, even complete with awesome [confidential] names:
Seared Albacore Spy: crab, avocado, topped with seared albacore, jalapeño, yumi ponzu, and sweet potato crisp
Santa Cruz Mermaid: tuna, cream cheese, termpured asparagus, topped with avocado, spicy crab, unagi sauce, and green onion
Under Wraps: shrimp tempura, avocado, topped with tuna, sweet pineapple sauce and unagi sauce, and macadamia nuts
Gluten-Free Incognito: yellowtail, green onion, sesame oil, topped with yellowfin tuna, mango, avocado, green onion, sesame seeds, drizzled with honey
The sweet potato fries were also a winner, rivaling those of burger joints. The only blip on the menu was the chicken katsu; it was way to dry and tasteless.
We held a birthday party here today with about 25 people. Coordination wasn't too bad, as the staff set us up as one large group, but was willing to split the bill 3-ways, to make it easier. They even let us bring in our own birthday cake, and provided the plates and forks. The only downside to the restaurant is the slow service. It takes a while to get the staff's attention, but other than that, Sushi Confidential is a great spot to eat sushi. It's no longer a secret; the word is out!Recommended for:

Sushi Confidential is a cool, new sushi spot in Campbell with a modern edge. The kind of sushi to expect here are crazy rolls, i.e. some form of California roll with an explosion of other toppings and sauces. So this is the type of place you go with friends to have beer and fun, "Americanized" sushi rolls ;)Recommended for:

A hip sushi spot in downtown Campbell that has a great selection of tasty and creatively named rolls. The atmosphere is fun and if it's nice outside, you can grab a table out front. It's a perfect spot to post up and people watch. They have plenty of options for vegetarians as well - my non-fish eating friend loves coming here too. Love their double happy hour specials!
They also offer super fun sushi-making classes, perfect for celebrations or team building!Recommended for:

Finally a good sushi restaurant in downtown Campbell. They have some amazing rolls here and the fish portions are very generous. It's a great place to sit outside on a sunny day and enjoy great lunch or dinner.

Best sushi in Campbell! Full bar and off the hook menu featuring exotic rolls, pretzel bread sliders with ahi tuna or grilled chicken, great entrees, and fun sake drinks. Fish is very fresh and delicious. My favorite roll is the Geisha. On point and friendly staff.

This place has great ambiance but the food is horrible, except for the sweet potato fries, which doesn't say much for a sushi restaurant. I'm giving this place two stars for ambiance and zero for food. If you want good sushi at a decent price you're better off heading down Winchester Blvd. and going to Michi's.

What a find! I must say if it weren't for Gogobot I'm not sure I would have found this place in the sea of sushi places in the Bay Area. I like that it's spacious and modern, not cramp and outdated like many sushi joints out there. The staff is inviting and it's a casual atmosphere. They seem like masters at their trade and the fish is fresh. What's interesting here is they conduct sushi making classes for small groups or for team building. I don't think I've heard of something like that at other places I've been to so that's a bonus. We were fortunate enough to take the class and it was a lot of fun. Chef Randy is knowledgeable and very hands on. They have a variety of rolls reasonably priced and what's even better, double Happy Hour EVERYDAY, that's right, EVERYDAY! Not many places in San Jose will do a Happy Hour everyday and with the health craze these days, at least you feel less guilty eating sushi rather than bar food. I hope they don't get tired of seeing my face :)

Great, innovative sushi spot in downtown Campbell. This place seems to always be packed -- I was there on a Tuesday night and when I got there around 7:30, there were people waiting to get a table. The service is friendly and great, and they even do team building sushi-making workshops in the back of the restaurant. Highly recommend for a fun sushi night out!

Sushi making event at this amazingly talented and incredibly hospitable sushi joint. The decor is edgy with an open layout. There is a large sushi bar as well as surrounding tables and who can forget the outdoor seating amidst downtown Campbell. The sushi chefs are down to earth and committed to this art form called sushi! Randy the owner is incredibly hospitable and rolls up his sleeves to work right along side his team of chefs, waiters and clean up crew - you can't tell he is the owner!
