    Swissôtel Sydney

    Swissôtel Sydney

    Hotel Class:

    2 reviews

Exceptional service, great location, wonderful rooms. This hotel is located in a great location and begins on the 8th floor so you are guaranteed a view. While you don't have views of the opera house, you can soak in the city. Recommend buying access to the club lounge. They offer full and expansive breakfast offering. It is very spacious and ...

    Park Hyatt Sydney

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    10 reviews

The Park Hyatt Sydney has a fantastic location, next the The Rocks shopping area, across the cove from the iconic Sydney Opera House, and close to the Royal Botanical Gardens. The amenities and appointments are what you might expect from a higher end Park Hyatt Hotel, although the rooms are not spacious, the prime real estate limiting expansiveness in this ...

I loved the Westin, with its awesome location at One Martin Place, from the moment I first walked into the lobby. Glassed in by a towering high ceiling, the lobby interior encloses a huge square between the newer tower section of the hotel and the lovely heritage sandstone facade next door, with the nifty Mosaic restaurant giving a great view ...

I really like this hotel. You can take a complimentary bus that will take you all over. The room was really well appointed with marble and super soft bedding. The staff was very quick and courteous. Though toward the end of my stay I had the oddest conversation with the front attendant. He had asked me whether I was enjoying ...

    The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel

    The Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel

    4
    8 reviews

Its claim to fame: the oldest continuously licensed pub in Sydney. For those of you who like beer, stumble no further than the Lord Nelson pub and hotel. It’s charming, it’s boutique, it’s so solidly built that if the end of the world came upon us, this place alongside cockroaches, would be the only survivors. Located in the hills of ...

BLUE Sydney - A Taj Hotel

    Hotel Class:

The Blue Hotel is located right on the harbor at Woolloomooloo - you get ocean views from almost every room. Its a Taj Hotel, so is nicely styled and has a cool bar in the central lobby with amazingly high ceilings. It is an easy walk to almost anywhere, but I felt the location felt a bit isolated - not ...

    InterContinental Sydney

    InterContinental Sydney

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    5 reviews

This hotel has one of the lushest lobbies I’ve laid my eyes on. Part heritage building, part modern high-rise, the Intercontinental is very large and very busy. There are the usual features including a business centre, wi-fi (at a charge), 24-hour gym and a pool. You can take High Tea in the beautiful, decadent lounge, and the ‘open-air’ ceiling entices ...

When is a pub more than just a pub? When it’s the Australian Heritage hotel of course. This pub / hotel has beer, a lot of beer, and it also has a lot of avid fans. Very popular amongst locals and tourists alike you’d find to hard to feel lonely in this place. The hotel is perched on top of ...

Based on the reviews of Kings Cross we wanted a safe, reputable hotel that was also walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Another gogobot user had recommended the Diamant and it didn't disappoint. Modern rooms with free wifi and most importantly, as we were there on the hottest day in Australia's history, air conditioning! As a sidenote I didn't ...

Love the name of the hotel! Great location in the city and it's a close walk to Darling Harbour. The rooms are nice and clean. Very nice motel. Stayed in Room 215 in the north wing which was comfortable and quite. Very central location with Wynyard Station just across the road. Had the buffet breakfast at the motel one morning which was a little pricey (we are members of the Accor Club which means 1/2 price meals and kids eat free).

Just like the archeological site this hostel sits on top of, the Sydney Harbour YHA is an absolute gem of a find. Family, twin and double rooms are available and some even come with harbour views. ...

    The Darling

Was a little apprehensive about this place before arriving as it's part of the Star Casino complex in the rather sterile, corporate development that is Darling Harbour. If you can accept that there's nothing which speaks to the city's heritage within a one-mile radius then you'll be happy enough. For a city where many of the hotels just don't try ...
