Arguably the most magnificent park in Africa, the Serengeti basks in prolific amounts of game and is invigorating in its sheer vastness and dramatic staging. Guides are now teaching travellers how to minimise their impact and create cultural understanding. And Visitors are leaving with greater respect for the environment. Annually, 1.5 million wildebeest and some 250,000 zebra migrate through. Prides ...

A visit to the Masaai village here was so humbling and eye opening. That was another moment that made me feel how much I already have...yet how little I really need....and how much I thought I have seen...yet how much more that is waiting to be explored in this world.

Zanzibar feels like another world, one scented with cinnamon, drenched in sugar cane juice, populated with dhow (carved wooden boats) and women dressed in the traditional bui-bui. A trip to Zanzibar is well worth the two-hour ferry ride or puddle-jump in a plane to savour its spicy delights.

Breathtaking... Majestic... Stunning... These words don't do justice to the feeling you get the first time you have a clear view of the mountain. As far as I remember there are no cats in the area but many different types of monkeys and the largest number of giraffes and hippos I've seen. Since it's a small place there isn't a boring moment and ...

Beautiful! Clean, white sandy beaches with the most turquoise waters. Ok snorkeling but you can't beat the beach on the east side of Zanzibar. Close to the northern tip but not crowded with tourists. Lovely place!
