    Eske's Brew Pub & Eatery

Eske's Brew Pub is not right on the main drag in Taos, which may be why we decided to go there. Eske's has a small kitchen that you can see from the dining room. They brew a variety of great beers and serve bar food made from local ingredients.

    Apple Tree

Nice, accommodating staff -- they dragged out extra chairs and discontinued menu items to make us comfortable. Not at all rushed. Old adobe house, lots of atmosphere. Fusion of American and New Mexican. Everything was delicious. A bit on the pricey side, so best for a special night out. Kid friendly.

    Joseph's Table

Really great atmosphere -- lots of privacy if desired, though the more public spaces were comfortable if a tad crowded. Great food, creative fusions of styles and flavors without being precious. Pricey. Worth it. Date night.
