Owned and run by a lovely family. Kid-friendly and inexpensive. This is also an option for an inexpensive breakfast (Mexican and American). (650) 969-1464

Delicious tacos...you even have a choice of soft and crispy. I got the carnitas and carne asada and they were delicious. They also give you chips and salsa free!

Great place, I have been going here for years.

I prefer the soft tacos but the burritos are not bad either. The juices are great and, if you are into that stuff, you can have mexican Coca Cola with that so hard to find ingredient (real sugar, not the fructose syrup)

The owners also opened a fancier place called Restaurant Los Charros on el Camino. It's pricey and the food taste is mostly the same. You are better off eating at this place.

You have to have the soft tacos here--the carnitas and carne asada ones are the best. They put this tomatillo salsa on it that is very addictive. The shrimp tostadas are also delicious because they put slices of avocado on top.

The Caldo de Camarone is really good on a cold day--it's a brothy soup with shrimp, chayote, carrots, onions, and other goodies. The soup is served with a bunch of toppings like cilantro, jalapeno, onions, and tortillas.

They also have a huge juicer so you can order fresh orange juice or carrot juice, or a mix of the two.
