    Hayarkon is a really nice long park in North Tel Aviv. It's great for a picnic. There's a river that runs alongside it and lots of birdlife. There are playgrounds and a tiny zoo for the kids.

    Calling this fountain a river is kinda shamefull, though this is what we have :) In the last decade the municipality has cleaned the river from sewage and other shit that has been inside for many years. They say its swimmable now, I woulnd't try :) nice to take a boat and see how east you can get..

    University Tel Aviv offers nice activities for students. Every Tuesday evening and Saturday there are group dancing. It has really good sport facilities, such as Olympic size pool. There are also musical events so check before you go. You can't really get bored there...ohh wait I forgot, there is also the Jewish Diaspora Museum!
