Now I found that Gourmet Market under ground floor. This shop is smaller than Siam's one. But you can find good quality foods, beverages, etc. It must be useful.
In food court you can have nice Thai meal less than 100 bahts. (I did not have other than Thai food. So I do not know other meal is less or expensive.)
On the middle floor you can watch traditional dancing for Songkran festival. It will be held until 20th of April.

It's a mall...but it's a mall with an airport theme! They didn't take the theme quite as far as I would've hoped, though the info-desk employees sure wear cute outfits. The real reason I'm giving this four stars, not three, is for the food court. They made an effort to recruit well-known street vendors to open stalls here, so you can cruise around taste some really eclectic stuff. Food court is on the San Francisco floor of the mall. Which makes no sense. And the bathrooms nearby have a Tuscan-pizza-kitchen theme. Which makes even less sense. Classic Bangkok mall overkill. I guess you could also buy stuff here...there sure are a lot of shops, but I didn't go in any.Recommended for:

Terminal 21 definitely takes the cake in the themed mall department. Each floor is themed after an international city with recognizable landmarks. My favorite 2 floors of the mall are the food courts and restaurant floors, which are themed after my hometown of SF. Complete with a replica of the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, Fisherman's Warf and of course a cable car, the 2 SF floors offer a wide range of restaurants and Thai food court fare. For a little more than a buck about 30-50 baht you can get a heaping plate of food in a cool air-conditioned mall. The retail floors of the mall sell a wide variety of designer men's and women's wear from trendy Thai and international designers. The top floor is a Hollywood themed movie where you can escape the oppressive heat of Bangkok in the comfort of a state of the art theater.

If Terminal 21 was in Los Angeles, it would be a place I'd visit weekly! I love everything about it. From the moment you walk in, it's like you are entering an airport - passing through fake security. The information booth look like airline ticket check in counters and their directory looks like the airplane schedule monitors. SOOOO COOL!!!
There are about 7 floors and each floor has a theme. There is Tokyo, San Francisco and Paris to name a few. All the shops are quite trendy and it's really fun to shop or even just window shop. The lowest floor has a lot of eateries and also a market so you can basically get a lot done in one location.
I recommended this mall to my friends who were heading to Bangkok and they emailed me from Bangkok just to thank me for the recommendation.
Even if you aren't a shopper, it's a fun place to go and take pictures, have coffee or just to get away from the heat.Recommended for:

Great place for taking random photos. Cute and wonderful decorations for people who love to take photos. Shops are low to middle prices. No huge brand names, a lot of indie shops. Great parking space, also connected to the sky train. Very convenient. Navigation is alright. A lot of various restaurants, though not gourmet food.
