110 Broadway, Suite #500, San Antonio, TX
    4.5
    129 reviews

A nice place to walk if the sidewalks aren't too crowded. The Mad Dog Pub has some vegetarian options but mostly there isn't much to eat for a vegan. If you like cheese you're probably ok. Avoid anything that says spinach on the menu, we've found in Texas that means canned mush and lots of it, not fresh spinach. If ...

The Alamo Drafthouse, for those unfamiliar with it, is a franchise of cinemas where you can eat and watch at the same time. At least in Austin, the cinemas play more than just the new movies. They have old movie marathons, independent movies playing, cinema rentals available for parties, fundraisers, or premiers. There are other events, too, if you want ...

This is where the locals go to get food you can't get anywhere else. It's a grocery store unlike most others and a hotspot for food lovers and health conscious people. Where else can you find salmon jerky and chocolate-covered mango bites? If you want staples, you can go across the street to Walmart.

Great for kids and families! We went here with our friends' kids, expecting to just watch the kids have a good time. Next thing we knew, we were running about from one room to another, fascinated with the aquariums. (Although yes, The Hippie had to make snide comments about animals in captivity the whole day).
