Good! - 75% of guests recommend

A guesthouse just off Khao San Road, this is a decently priced place (around $12 USD per night for a double) for a nice, clean, air-conditioned room with private bathroom. They have a pool and a restaurant, so it's a great place to come back to to crash or to just spend a lazy afternoon. There's an older guesthouse - ...

The only fault I can find with the place is that it's so lovely that you won't want to leave the transquility of its grounds to explore congested Bangkok. Loved our suite: spacious, tastefully-decorated in muted tones. Service was flawless too.

    Chao Koh Phi Phi Lodge

    Chao Koh Phi Phi Lodge

    4.5

Secluded island, white sands and gorgeous clear-blue waters: this is one of my favorite places in the world. It's better than Phuket. It's still a bit touristy, but quiet enough to be an oasis. Bring snacks before you hit the island, though—there aren't many convenience marts (if any at all), and you'll eat most of your meals at the restaurant ...

Baiyoke Sky Hotel is the tallest building in Bangkok. You can view the entire Bangkok's surrounding from the rotating rooftop platform. We also had a great buffet dinner prior to the scenic view on top.

I spent an awkward Christmas Eve here in 2010. I had booked this hotel as the culmination of a trip across Thailand & Vietnam hoping to end on the most romantic of romantic notes. While the romantic note resounded more as a platonic note, I can't fault the hotel. The view was the best I had seen- there is nothing ...

A modern hotel in a relatively small land but near to the business district. It has excellent rooms and view (if you have the upper floors) and most importantly, good restaurants on the rooftop - with stunning view of Bangkok.

Everything you could need, or want and more is here at the Conrad. It’s all about taste! Seems fitting that I should start to talk about restaurants. Not only are there Japanese and Chinese restaurants but also a French, Thai buffet restaurant and all have their chefs coming from their own country. We had lunch at café at 2. Chef ...

Lovely 5 star hotel with a DELICIOUS (free) breakfast with unlimited mimosas made with tropical fruit! Some of lower level rooms even have private lagoons off the patio! And the restaurant is reasonable priced and the staff is accommodating. They prepared Kee Mao(my favorite!) for me and it wasn't even on the menu! I'll will return!

The Dusit Thani was the first really fancy hotel I stayed in, with a suite larger than my apartment and first class service from all of the staff. I have not stayed in this hotel but had lunch at the restaurant, which has an interesting view overlooking the rice field within the compound (villas are located around the rice field to give the village living feel). If I were back again at Chiang Mai, I'd love to stay in this hotel and just enjoy the ambience.

Walking into the lobby of the Hyatt your ears are greeting by live classical music and bubbling water features. There are glass ceilings in some parts so they really take advantage of the use of natural lighting which gives the place a more open and expansive feeling. It certainly does make an impression. When we were there they were currently ...
