A fantastic upscale mall with an over-the-top food court and grocery market. My first visit was a few years ago with my daughter. She was 11 months old and it was just dad and daughter out on the town for the day. Drew a lot of attention as this seems to be a rare sigt in Thailand. Started by catching ...

Everything you need is here in this super huge market. I took the metro to the end of the line. However if you dont intend to buy a lot or in bulk, its better to stay in the city cause you have the cheap stuff too lets say at the pratunam market.

Siam Ocean world is a really cool aquarium located in the massive Siam Paragon mall in Bangkok. Prices are around 900 baht at the mall, but you can get a significant discount if you book tickets online via their website. The aquarium has fish and ocean animals from all over the planet. They have a lot of sharks, which of ...

It was said as the replacement of Suan Lum but I must say it's not as it is better and more developed. People say it's a bit touristy, but I still enjoy spending my time here. There are plenty of restaurants to try and nice small shops to explore.

Visiting the complex of houses i could perfectly imagine myself living actually there. The traditional architecture with extremely good taste in decor, gardens, the silks on the furniture...everything was a small paradise. Loved the guided tour, to get details on how Jim Thomson managed to promote and develop the silk business. Loved it and you shouldn t miss it while ...

MBK is NUTS - think of all the street market stands placed in stores and stacked side by side and on top of each other. You need to come in here with a purpose. Their movie theater is very nice and spacious, though one thing to note (and this is true about all movie theaters in Thailand) is that a ...

You get to pet, hug, and play with the tail of a tiger of various sizes!! What's not to enjoy about the experience. Got to lay on a sleeping 5 mos and a 18 mos old tiger - incredible size difference. Follow the rules and you'll be safe (in my experience). You don't get many opportunities to verify first hand ...
