Get a fresh perspective on London's attractions with the River Thames Boat Ride past Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe and disembark at London Eye Pier.

Probably one of the best things I did while in London! Great views and a fantastic way to get around.

One of my favorite things I did on my first trip to London! I think there are several different boat services but really any will do. It's a great way to see the whole city!

I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but the cruise was actually very fun. The river is the spine of the city, and seeing London from the water offers a great perspective.

Nice thing to do in London when the weather is good! Various departure points, Westminster, London Eye, Embankment or London Tower and itineraries. The shorter one brings you from Westminster to London Tower but you could also reach Greenwhich or Kew Gardens.

There are different companies, and I can't remember which one we took, but I know it was a fun experience. Despite the fact that it was early January and it was freezing on the river, it was a clear blue sky with plenty of sunshine and we had great views of the city and bridges. Our tour guide was hilarious - I even filmed him for a bit to remember his wit. It's a fantastic orientation to the city, and a perfect roll call for the items on your itinerary.

You can use your Oyster card to get an entirely new perspective on London by taking a ride on the Thames Clipper. We rode to Greenwich from Tower Pier then returned to Embankment, near Trafalgar Square.

Great views of London and an easy way to see an overview of what the city has to offer. Our tour guides were wonderfully informative and although it was cold and overcast, we enjoyed it.

The Thames River Boat Cruise is a great way to see many of the sights of London, including the many historic bridges. Take the cruise when you get tired of walking.

As I rode the boat, got to see the Tower of London, the London Bridge, The London Eye, the House of Commons and the House of Lords. It was fabulous!

I've been on the Thames so many times because it is the best way to see the sights of London and its a great way to travel away from all of the traffic and people.

Taking a Thames River Boat Cruise is one of those things you should absolutely do if you're seeing London for the first time. It's a completely different experience to see London from the water. Our guide, or Captain, was absolutely hysterical. Very dry in his narration and I'd happily take the tour again.

Probably the best way to see the city! Fun and easy to use. Take the cruise all the way to Greenwich for a great day out.

Your success here is dependent on the weather. We did a round trip from Westminster to the Tower of London and later on a reverse. We then also had to walk for a really different look. The local people are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful.

This is a fun way to see the city, get some great photos of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St. Paul's Cathedral, and the London Eye. You can also take it all the way down to Greenwich, to visit the Royal Observatory. There is narration which is helpful and interesting, but the views alone are worth it. Enjoy!

This cruise takes you from the Tate Britain to the Tate Modern. It's a quick trip but it's so fun to be on the water and the view from there is unique!

I experienced this and it was almost one of the coldest things that anyone could suffer through! Huddled together on a boat with 20 or 30 other freezing 11 year-olds wasn't very nice! I was so cold that I couldn't appreciate any of the sights that we had come to see!
