Great lounge in Culver City. Parking is really difficult in this area on Friday evenings; I used to walk here with some friends. LOVE the Kogi food here! Korean fries, sliders, quesadillas. Oh and of course the drinks. There are seats around the bar and a couple tables. It tends to get crowded, but it has a great atmosphere.Recommended for:

Great little delectables bar food! Must try the kimchi fries and tacos! I prefer the chicken filling!
Bomb atmosphere! Great if you can grab one of the seats for your group.
This place reminds me of the New York east side bar scene.

This place is literally around the corner from my place.
Let me start off by saying the Kogi Tacos and Quesadillas are amazing!!! Just the right amount of spices and sauces. cant go wrong with any item off the menu. my favorite are the short rib tacos, and the green chili quesadilla. They have a nice list of cocktails at 10 bucks a pop.
This place gets somewhat crowded around 7, especially in Friday and Saturday. Friday nights are apparently the big nights, as most stick around to drink and lounge.
The bar is in an interesting triangle shape. There is a nice fireplace inside as well, with some tables and chairs to chill out. There is also an outdoor area for smoking. its not exactly a wide open space, but if you are into that sort of thing, its pretty good for you.
I have never needed to park here, so you might want to check it out. there are some parking spots available, but the neighborhood areas are safe to park too.
i wanna say the Kentucky Mule and the Cuban Mistress are my preferable drinks. The latter IF i actually drank it. (who am I kidding, guys like fruity drinks, but just wont admit it.)
Come out and have some tacos and a drink. You may see me there!

This place was a dumpy, divey little bar until they remodeled and changed their signage, and started serving up Kogi tacos. Now it's impossible to get a seat.
I went for the first time recently, and then a few more times. Even at around 7PM on a Thursday night, it was crowded. It's a teeny tiny, triangular-shaped place that's pretty much just one room and a patio. It's very dark, with a sleek, trendy atmosphere.
I've tried most of the menu and my favorites are the Sweet Chili Chicken Quesadilla and the Blue Corn Mulitas. Tasty, original menu items, and it's nice to be able to eat them at a bar rather than sitting on a curb. You can't go wrong with any of the quesadillas, really, and the calamari tacos are SPICY. Be warned and avoid embarrassment if spicy isn't your thing, fellow white people.
Full bar, good beer selection, and the cocktail menu gets changed up every so often. There are quite a few bourbon and tequila-based drinks if any of those are your thing. One of my faves is the Cuban Mistress (Rum, hibiscus, strawberry, rhubarb bitters, lemon, ginger beer) and they serve up a pretty good Old Fashioned too.
Bartenders are all very nice, and food and drinks come out fast.
Just be warned that it's ALWAYS crowded, whenever you go, so be prepared to wait for a seat!Recommended for:

The original home of the Kogi taco but with alcohol! The food here is good (though not good FOR you) and they have quite a beer selection. Seating can be limited depending on how packed it is but otherwise this is a great little bar with good food and drinks!

Came here specifically because they offer food from the Kogi truck. The food was fantastic, without the crazy food truck wait. The atmosphere is laid back, but also nicer than your typical dive bar. Servers were friendly and pretty attentive.
