The Belvedere is a decent option for those looking to stay in the Theater District. It's far enough from the action in Times Square, so that you don't get the noise pollution and traffic from that area. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with New England-style décor and furnishings. The bathroom is marbled, and comes with tub and shower. Each room also comes with a mini-kitchen, equipped with a sink, coffeemaker and microwave, so you can heat up snacks when you're hungry. At this price range, I'd hope for free WiFi and breakfast, but alas, these do have charges attached. Though it's in a great location, I think the Belvedere is lacking some important amenities.

Visited "home" and stayed here w my daughters. Situated perfect for anything. Short walks or quick rides and you're there. Lobby was simply lovely, bright shiny brass gave it a warm feeling. Some old fashioned articles left, like the mail drop, antique phone, Art Deco design accents. And the rooms, two wonderfully comfy beds great after a busy day. Coffee in room, very nice.
Bathroom very chic. Have been here three times and for the whole package...room, location, etc. can't beat it. Great restaurants in wandering distance, right off Times Square. We will be back every summer!!

This is the second time I have stayed at The Belvedere. We came back because of the first stay. We had a beautiful room with all of the marble and a great stay, but this time when we checked in we found that not all rooms are created equal. We are in the same room type but this one doesn't have the nice marble countertops and feel as the other room. It is disappointing. Just realize that the pictures posted are not a true reflection of all the rooms here.
