No contest, the smartest place to stay on the island. Five star accommodations and food, but a small-ish, intimate place. Owner Jonathan Scott inherited this place when it literally was a boatshed and has lovingly developed it into a boutique hotel, where every detail has been thought about. After a long journey from Europe, we ate in on our first night. Jonathan cooked the most wonderful meal, accompanied by an excellent wine. While we were eating, he refreshed our room and placed candles and put on a CD with some relaxing music. Not cheap, but an excellent base for exploring the island.
