This is a fine place for a few drinks and a proper feed. They've got a wide range of domestic and international craft beers, which is unfortunately a rarity in Dublin. The gastropub-style restaurant is a good choice for an upmarket take on fish and chips or bangers and mash.

The Bull and Castle is a restaurant on the first floor and a bar on the second. I actually had the pleasure of spending Arthur's Day here (Arthur's day is a celebration of all things Guinness in Ireland. It's celebrated a lot like New Years Eve, except it's at like 6pm and there's a lot more Guinness involved). The crowd was mellow, the tables are long and ample, and the beer is cheap. It's a little out of the way, but the food is actually worth eating and is actually quite good if you consider this place a bar first.
