The Cellar was a pretty small club, probably the smallest club I've been to in San Francisco. There were two rooms, the hip-hop room and the EDM room. The DJ was playing some really good hip-hop music in the beginning of the night, but then just started playing too much pop music.I guess it just depends on what type of music you like. You'll have fun if you allow yourself to. Just wanted to make the point that it's a small club, but the crowd is pretty good.

This was a fun little club/lounge my friends and I went to on a Wednesday night. Their Wednesday night special is if you have 8 girls in your group before 11 pm, your group is rewarded with a free bottle of Grey Goose or Belvedere. Shots are only 3 dollars.

The place in general is pretty tiny, but it is definitely a fun little place to go to for a Wednesday! The promoters, bartenders, and hostesses there were all really cool and got us a lot more free drinks throughout the night.

I like The Cellar more than other SF clubs. 80s night is a blast and you can be a loosey-goosey weirdo along with everyone else who cares to release. The crowd this place gathers is an unpredictable mix. But definitely has a friendlier vibe than other nightclubs!

Never a dull night for me at this place, especially when it's a Friday. They play 80s in one room, and hip hop in the smaller one. If it were up to me, I'd switch it around and have hip hop in the bigger room. I try to snag a spot near the fan because it can get a bit stuffy, but there was actually a good amount of space the last time I went there. The night never passes without at least one or two people party fouling their beer bottle on the dance floor. Only one of the 4-5 bartenders that I've encountered there is an a-hole. The drink specials (shots in particular) are always good, and most of the time I get in for free, whether it's on the guestlist or my mailing list printout. Good times, good times.
