a really nice building, completely in brick and not whitewashed or covered in plaster. It is smaller inside then it looks at the outside. The interior is rather sparse, but in all rather charming. Best photo view is from the grassy field in front of it or a bit further in the street to the right.

First, I have to make a confession: I LOVE THIS PLACE! Since it first opened on the 1st September 2010 I was visiting this place every single day at some point, both alone and with friends (many of them are non-vegans, not even mentioning the raw:)). As always the best restaurants are hard to find and not on the main streets. This one is actually only 20 meters in a side street from the main street through the old town. Finally a menu with some originality and not the "usual" stuff. The portions are not very big but they are very well done and nicely presented. ...Popular withLocalFoodiesVegetarian

Steak in Lithuania doesn't jump at you right away but after 2-3 weeks eating mostly stewed meals in Russia, Estonia and Latvia, I just had a craving for one. So hungry and no prior research whatsoever, I just went in the first one I passed by, wandering the old town. Pricey for Vilnius but the meal was excellent, no regrets ...

Situated on a corner of the main shopping street and only about 100 meters from the cathedral. You can sit outside and enjoy the view of shoppers strolling by. Service is quick and friendly, the menu has the usual suspects, international, with something for everyone. I had Cesar salad for lunch here and it crispy with a nice dressing.Popular withLocalFoodiesBudget

I stopped here for lunch. it is on the main street in the old town. Mostly pancakes, but an enormous choice of them. The interior is oriented towards children, with weird chairs, inverted thee cups on the ceiling as lights, etc. The pancake was good, but even for lunch a rather small amount of food. Service should have been a ...Popular withLocalFoodiesFamilies
