Comfort Inn & Suites is a self-explanatory name: there is no celebrity treatment here, but affordable, clean comfort will always win out. The basic beds were actually very comfortable, and any room with a mini fridge gets a star in my book. There was also an adorable trunk-like piece of furniture, low and flat and perfect for setting your luggage on, but I just loved that it added a touch of old-fashioned hominess to the room. On another note, I also loved the 24-hour self-serve coffee cart in the lobby, and the restaurant/breakfast room was open and available all day. There was a tiny strip bar and a communal TV, perfect for small gatherings during Ducks games.Recommended for:

Despite being an obviously older and outdated hotel from the outside, the accommodations here are actually very comfortable. The lobby is recently renovated with plenty of couches and a flat screen tv to relax after a day at the park. The pool is nice and open towards the rear of the hotel so it is quiet enough to relax and get a tan. The rooms didn’t seem updated for a while, but the linens were still clean, pressed, and it is very comfortable. The only slight negative is the location as it is about a 20-minute walk to the gates of the Disney Resort. There is a strip mall next door with a Mexican restaurant and a liquor store for food. There is also a Del Taco across the street.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Disneyland. It's about a mile walk from the main gate, which isn't bad. But walking back at night it didn't seem super safe. The hotel offers a shuttle every 25 minutes, too. Decent beds, but no comforters on the bed, just thin blankets. The continental breakfast included hot food, which we liked. We payed about $120 a night. OK stay overall, however I would prefer to stay closer to the park next time.
