Solid place for hot dogs of all sorts, including several veggie options. Their waffle fries are A+ and the prices are good. I had the Portobello Mushroom Cheesesteak and it was excellent. They love their bacon, so it's in nearly everything! If you're vegetarian, make sure to ask about the bacon!

Parkside is the best food you can find on 6th street. Very stylized food with an almost urban elegance about it. I love the contrast of the very famously dirty 6th street bars with this fantastic upscale restaurant. It's a great excuse for non- college kids to still make it down to 6th street. At times, it can be a ...

#BeStuffed Truluck's is indeed a little pricey, but that's what makes it one our favorite happy hour spots. Happy hour is between 4:30 and 7 pm Monday through Saturday andf all night Sunday. You have to sit in the bar area to partake of the deals, but it's worth it. Most of appetizers and drinks are just $5. BrokeGirlsGuide.com

Amazing menu. Had a beautiful apple salad with brun-uusto cheese, fried chicken meatballs and the blistered shishito appetizer. The atmosphere was great, but service was a little slow and the drinks a little pricy. Great place for happy hour.

Kebabalicious, open until 3 a.m. is another of Austin's ultimate late night trailer fixes. Stumble up to the convenient downtown location (7th Street & Trinity) and let the friendly owners serve you their mouth watering Turkish-style wraps, including the most popular items, the chicken or beef and lamb kebab, a mixed shawarma topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and a ...

Manuel's has the best tuna ceviche in Austin. Located north of SoCo you can often get a table right away. I love the fluffiness of the chips, the kick of the Mexican martinis and the food presentation is always lovely. They have happy hour every day from 4 to 6 with half-price appetizers and two dollars off cocktails. Great place ...

I went here with a friend who had worked at Kenichi for over 3 years who was recommended that we eat here. It was great! The chef made a custom roll off of the menu that was delicious. I could not finish the scallops which were fantastic and largely-portioned. Their Sake selection is very diverse as well.
