Biggest mall in the world. Point of interest: The Top Burj Khalifa (access to the highest building in the world), the Dancing Fountain, Dubai Mall Aquarium, The prehistoric bones of a big dinosaur.Recommended for:

A huge place! Very modern. Lots of great brands disposed over there. Not the best place if you're in a hurry looking for something specific wile shopping. You can find yourself amazed by the beautiful aquarium that is built right inside the Shopping Mall.Recommended for:

The latest and greatest mega mall in Dubai. Connected to the Burj Khalifa observation deck. Has an aquarium and acres of retail and American chain restaurants. It is a spectacle.Recommended for:

I'm not a big fan of malls but this one is pretty rad 'cause it's got the only bowl skateboarding in the Middle East. The owner of Rage Skate Shop had the wherewithal and the knowhow to make a four foot deep pool in the second floor of their shop in the mall at the foot of the Burj Al Khalifa, the world's tallest building. A skate session will run you 25 dirhams.Recommended for:

They have a giant shark filled aquarium in the middle of the mall. It is possible to organise to dive with the sharks just after they have been fed. I took my brother for his first experience under water. It is a great rush to be in a confined space with so many sharks, rays and morays. You need to be a qualified diver or do some basic training before but then they give you a shark diver certificate afterwards. There is also the option of a PADI recognised specialty in aquarium diving :-)

We went to this mall quite a few times. Theres over 1200 stores. Very spacious with the indoor aquarium and rink. You could find practically anything here, from clothes to food to entertainment. It opens late, I believe until 12am on weekends and 10pm on weekdays. So its never too late to shop.

The largest Mall in the U.A.E. is Dubai Mall, with over 1200 shops and offers anything you look for. However wait for the shopping festival which is happening early in the year, otherwise prices might be high.

This is the best most expensive mall i have ever visited. I absolutely loved the Date shop. The food court was too Americanized. I was hoping for more oriental cuisine. Also i observed that there isn't a large range of oriental cuisine anywhere in Dubai. If you are a vegan well you will love the Indian districts. As per mall shopping Once you are not concerned about price you will get the widest range and best quality here. I do love the high standards by which the mall is maintained. The design is gorgeous.

Dubai Mall is a center of activity for the city and there's quite a bit going on around it. Inside you'll find the Dubai Underwater Zoo (a small aquarium), a giant shark tank which you can see for free and walk through for a small fee, the entrance to the Burq Khalifa (the tallest building in the world), a stop for Big Bus Tours, and many other things.
Although it's billed as the largest mall in the world, that's really a bit deceptive because it's only in the top ten by leasable space. It doesn't feel that big to me. Not only that, but it doesn't seem that special since it's full of the same stores and restaurants I see in most malls. I didn't expect to see a Tim Horton's in Dubai!

Upper crust Mall located right by the Burj Kalifa. It's a really nice mall, but be prepared to walk. There is a huge aquarium inside. I just decided to enjoy the free view of the aquarium, but you can pay a fee to actually go inside. The dancing fountain is located here, but I didn't look at it, because it looks just like the one in Vegas. I've seen the one in Vegas a million times.

Massive. Absolutely massive. Tons of stores, especially the high end Chanel, Dior, Zegna, Dolce&Gabbana etc. circle that has all the best stores in the world, around Fauchon and the Armani Cafe.Recommended for:
