- The Ha'Penny Bridge
This cast iron pedestrian bridge was built in 1816, and features in many postcards of Dublin. It's official name "Liffey Bridge" is hardly every used, and the name Ha'Penny comes from the toll placed on crossing it for pedestrians, when it was first built. It was renovated in 2001 so hopefully it will survive another 200 years.
