I've always had one of the same three noodle dishes when I've come here, but that's because they're all so delicious I just can't commit to branching out! The pad thai is excellent, and a lot less greasy than many of its counterparts. Cafe Asia has a really nice patio to sit outside on when it's not a sweltering, humid ...

Nice Italian spot with a cafe and a restaurant. The cafe was a good place for a panini for lunch. Sadly the restaurant closed. However, there is still the Potenza Wine Store around the corner, which does free wine tastings from 5-7 and has a nice selection of wines and liquors.

The name Teaism was enough to make me intrigued to go try this place out. I ordered the Korean BBQ beef with naan. Yes, I know, what an interesting combo! Luckily, I beat the lunch rush as right when my friend and I were seated, a horde of people came rushing in on a Friday afternoon. The pork was cooked ...

Low country cuisine hits the District. Serving a gospel music all you can eat brunch of grits cooked in heavy cream, French toast, pig in all it's glorious forms, customized omelets, followed by a lunch (that you take to go). Jazz plays on Wednesday and every day sees a great HH of fried green tomatoes, catfish fingers and such with ...

New York style deli in downtown DC. They won't make you the towering sandwiches you might find in NYC, but you can still get a pretty decent pastrami, or corned beef sandwich. It is super convenient as a lunch option if you are in or around the Golden Triangle

I've been for brunch and dinner - both were fantastic! Service is very good and the food was SO AMAZING. Loved the Bananas Fosters French Toast! For dinner I had the Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon with Maple Syrup-Apricot Glaze, asparagus, and cauliflower... all so healthy and really delicious. The Fraise Fling drink is yummy. Shared the Winter Cobbler with a ...

I stayed up in Dupont Circle once for a conference this great little bookstore was on my way into town. It's been years since I was there and I was only there for a week but I remember this place. It had a great vibe and from what I remember it had some great deserts too!

The legendary chef Jose Andres has a reputation, for good reason: at Jaleo, prepare yourself for a long evening of delicious tapas that are simultaneously traditional and experimental. The atmosphere was a little loud and a little crowded for my taste, but it was pretty typical for new, hip DC joints. Still, give stars.

My parents took my boyfriend and I here. They enjoyed the beer, and I got their chili which is good, but not as spicy as I expected since it claimed to have jalapenos in it. This location gets a plus for having 2 gift shops. If 1 is super crowded just make your way through the restaurant to the 2nd one that's not right off the street. There is also a 2nd story where you don't feel completely cut off from the rest of the place as you can look down into the bar. It's ...
