The Inn at Opryland is pretty much the junior version of the much bigger Gaylord Opryland Hotel, which is just across the street. The rooms are small and cozy, located off a large open room, with a stage area, cafe, pool and hot tub. The open room in the center is covered by a large sky light so you have an outdoor feel but it's warm enough to swim, even at Christmas, which is definitely the time to visit and enjoy all the decorations. The restaurant on site has singing servers and the rooms have sleep number beds!

What a treat this hotel is! The star of the premises is the Opry Backstage Grill - your servers are singers! There is so much to this hotel to enjoy...complimentary shuttle to the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, and Opry Mills Mall, a heated indoor pool, renovated rooms, and complimentary wifi. There are two restaurants in the hotel, but there is no shortage of good food in the area. You are walking distance to all that Opryland has to offer, including Opryland Hotel. Be sure to visit during the holidays - the entire area is decked out in lights and decorations!

This hotel was recently purchased by the Gaylord Opryland. It makes perfect sense. There is the same sense of awe when walking in this hotel. The ceilings are impressively high and I was shocked at how large the atrium was. There are big, beautiful stages and plenty of in-hotel entertainment between the restaurant (fun singing servers and bedazzled guitars) and lobby. Great alternative to the more expensive Gaylord Opryland and you can just walk across the street and check out that hotel too. The rooms are spacious and nice and the pool is impressive.

The Radisson is gorgeous. I love the way they decorated their rooms. They look as good as some other hotels that cost twice as much. Their restaurant is fun and cheeky, featuring dishes based on country music stars' favorite recipes, like Allen Jackson's Pimento Cheese Sandwich. The pool isn't chlorine, it's UV filtered. So it doesn't smell like chemicals and is easier on your hair. It's also located in the inner atrium, which is kind of neat.
The Radisson is right across the street from Opryland and The Grand Ole Opry, so it's perfect if that's what you're coming to see, but it's miles from the city center and from anything other than tourist traps, so be aware that you'll need a rental car or will have to make good use of the shuttle if you want to see anything else.Recommended for:Family Travelers

By looking at the outside of this hotel you'd never expect such a modern, clean-lined, sleek hotel. However, with a recent 9.2 million dollar renovation you cannot judge this hotel by its exterior. The staff is as welcoming as the lobby and the hotel will reveal surprise after surprise. This hotel was awarded the Grand Championship Award for their commitment to music in artwork, decor, and live music and, as a musician, I can appreciate that. They have the Opry Backstage Grill that smells like delicious BBQ and was designed by the same person that designed the actual backstage dressing rooms at the real Opry! They also have a moonshine tasting bar- you can't beat that. Their open atrium and large meeting rooms are beautiful and tasteful. Their fitness center is located near the atrium ballroom. It is small, but it is open 24 hours. I liked that they had a scale in the fitness room. The pool is beautiful and has plenty of comfortable seating. It is a UV filtration pool, so there is little chlorine used. They also incorporated the Opry by painting the headboard in the rooms the same color as the original Opry stage barn. The junior suites are two standard rooms connected by a door. There is a parlor room side with its own bathroom, dining table, and pullout couch. The bedroom side also has a bathroom and couch. Overall, this hotel is in a great location, has a friendly and knowable staff, and can appeal to families, sightseers, and the business traveler.Recommended for:Business Travelers
