Located in the midst of West Hollywood on the cusp of Beverly Hills.
It's near tons of awesome shopping, eateries and nightclubs.
The service was impeccable!!!
The Boxwood Cafe is delicious.
As far as I know, the room price includes a buffet breakfast, which is amazing!
The hotel is clean, fancy, modern, impressive and they have a resident bulldog there sometimes.
Definitely a pricer hotel, but totally worth it.Recommended for:

Gorgeous hotel! I can see why our members voted this hotel as one of the top hotels in the US! They have the Boxwood restaurant in the hotel - a Gordon Ramsey signature. The interior is full of beautiful goods and whites. A very classy and stunning hotel in the middle of west Hollywood!Recommended for:

The London is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in the LA area! The hotel design is a blend of contemporary and classic, full of pink and pale blue hues against beautiful gold metal trimmings. I stayed here with my girlfriends for a wedding and was very pleased with not only the amenities, but the quality of service. The staff is very pleasant and attentive...minus once incident when one of the valet guys frostily told one of my friends she couldn't park off to the side temporarily.
For breakfast, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was delicious--smoked salmon, enough pastries to delight the carb-lover, mini quiches, fresh fruit, fresh variety of juices, etc.
The wedding cocktail hour and reception I attended was hosted here as well, and as far as I can tell, the event ran very smoothly. The staff did a great and reliable. job.Recommended for:

Beautiful establishment. Was here for an event and got a mini tour of the hotel. Love the roof top pool area with such a beautiful view overseas Hollywood. Was told that Every Wednesday 7-8pm free drinks at the open bar area. Come a minute after 8pm, its going to cost you!
Staffs at the door front and at the concierge were exceptional polite! Parking is $10. (Don't bother finding parking on the street, especially on the hill side by the Viper Room! My friends and I have the laugh of the century regarding the hills, our cars and reverse gear! worse of all, I got a ticket for not parking with my tires turning. $25! :-( grrrr!

My guilty pleasure! I love West Hollywood hotels because of the diversity. This hotel is probably the best example of that. The Gordon Ramsey restaurants don't hurt. It feels tucked away even though it is on one of the main streets in WeHo. The rooms are comfortable, service friendly and location is in the heart of the city. Stop by for a drink and you will always see an eclectic crowd.Recommended for:

This is my favorite hotel in LA. The rooms are my favorite part, but the rooftop pool is a close second for sure. The hotel is (obviously) super high end and the location was perfect for me. I love waking up here, putting on some sun block and heading upstairs to the pool to get some sunshine and drink some bloody marys.
I also really enjoy that they allow pets....this is also my golden retriever's favorite hotel in LA. (She also enjoys nearby Terranea in Ranch Palos Verdes).
For how nice the hotel is and how great the location is, the hotel is a bargain. It doesn't take much walking around before you realize what a special place you are visiting.

Walking in to this upscale, ultra-modern chic lobby is glamorous with its sleek cream marble walls, black granite reception desk, and Cartier wall clock. The rooms are more sparse 60s modern with some retro furniture, but mostly pale walls and a large, studio layout. I was a little disappointed that the lobby’s upscale design didn’t continue in the rooms, which I found underdressed in such an expensive hotel. I did like that they had private, roomy balconies and dual-head showers. And know someone in Londontown? International calls there are on the house. One of the best features of the hotel is Gordon Ramsey's superb airy restaurant with panoramic views of the city—the food is phenomenal, and the chic bar scene is hopping at night. The location here is great for surrounding nightlife, and a stone’s throw from all the action on the Sunset Strip.

I’ll lead with the positive: the rooms are incredibly spacious, with the smallest starting at 750 square feet. The restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at the London, presently has a very talented chef in Anthony Keene. The views from the rooftop pool are phenomenal. For the Sunset Strip, it’s a very elegant property. Should you be so inclined, calls to landlines in London are included in the room rate.
Now the downside, which is that something always seems to go wrong here, whether it’s with check-in, the hotel rate, missing reservations at the restaurant, the valet trying to overcharge, etc. I’ve been on property countless times for countless reasons and this has been a constant, and I’ve had friends who have stayed here who echo my sentiments. It’s a shame because there are aspects of the hotel that I really like. Obviously they are little things that aren’t deal breakers since I keep coming back.
