This spa resort looks beautiful but the service is slightly lacking. The checkin took a while and when we finally got to our room, we noticed the bed was not properly made. It looked like someone just took a nap there. We notified the front desk and they sent housekeeping over to fix the problem. Other than that we had no other major issues other than slightly slow service. The spa is quite nice and the swimming pool area is clean.

Nice hotel. Not super fancy, but pretty nice. Our room looked a little run down (I notice little details like cracked tile, paint chips, peeling wallpaper, etc.), but the rest of the property was nice.
We visited during the 4th of July and had a nice view of the Napa firework show.
The lobby was nice, in the morning they have coffee and tea near the entrance to the pool.
They allow dogs! We could see people walking their dogs from our window. We also saw lots of jack rabbits. We even saw a dog chasing jack rabbits.
The pool area is pretty cool. From the spa, you can view the vineyard. The vineyard is great to walk through (and you can look for jack rabbits).
The underground spa area looked cool, but they wouldn't give us a tour of it, so we don't really know.
The biggest downside to this resort is the location. It's a bit isolated, which is cool, but it's in the middle of a business park and you have to drive to go anywhere
