I really enjoyed my stay at the mirage, the room felt luxurious, classy with plush bedding. A gorgeous view and walking around was fun also! Easy to grab a taxi, nice staff!

Won over $200 playing slot machines. ^_^
Lots of restaurants, bars, lounges, shows, things to do within the hotel itself.
Guest Elevators are a FAR walk from the check-in counter. Even FARTHER from self-parking. Having to wheel your luggage through the lobby and then the entire casino, on carpet, is NOT FUN.
I stayed here on two occasions. First time was in a suite and the room was simply amazing. Second time I stayed in a deluxe room. The room itself was fine, however the BIGGEST CON with this room (located on the 12th floor) was the NOISE. You could hear every little freaking thing in the hall, which I assume means anyone passing by could hear every little thing coming from the room. It's not so bad during the day, but having obnoxious drunk kids screaming and yelling as they walk down the halls sucks. I think that is enough for me to never stay in this type of room again. I don't remember the suites having this problem. There was also a HUGE gap under the door, which also probably contributed to this problem. If I had not stayed prior to my current stay, I probably wouldn't come back.
Hell, I still probably won't come back because the suites are not cheap.
4 stars for the suites and things to do within the hotel.
3 stars for crappy deluxe room and ever other con about this hotel.

Rooms were nicely done with an average view. We were able to fit 6 people in on 2 queen beds - that's how you save in Vegas! Not that we were sleeping much anyway.

This is the first hotel created by Wynn that evolution the Las Vegas Strip. Many high end hotel were create late but Mirage were the golden child. Even after many year, the hotel still in good shape. The volcano shop are still in display but only run like once in every hour, wish it run more often.

I've stayed here a few times--basically because I've gotten killer deals at the last minute (as in a week or less before the trip), the rooms are modern and clean, and the location on The Strip is excellent. (You might also get a regular 'volcano' show from your window--cheesy, yes, but very Vegas). Last time I was there, about a year and a half ago, I paid around $70 for a double. A pretty good deal, I think.

The Mirage is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of things!

Nice place. The rooms were small but tastefully done. My room had a funny smell and a loud rattling fan in the bathroom that helped take a bit of the sheen off the place for me. The bathrooms were nicely done, with marble countertops and floors. The location was great. Not my first choice on the strip, but a solid hotel. If you come here, request a room with a view of the volcano. I didn't have one and heard I missed out.Recommended for:Business Travelers
