This is a four star hotel. It's a " hip" design boutique hotel that could use a slight refresh.
Right in Temple Bar, so if you're here for nightlife this is a good spot.
Cool bar with excellent cocktails
Poor tv and movie selection
Limited room service menu
Added incorrect charges to my bill
Room service knocked on my door at 10pm to pick up my tray.
I would not come here with kids.
If you are single and are coming to Dublin for the nightlife this is a good choice. However, if you are here for business and need a good night sleep I would not stay here.

This is one trendy hotel – red leather Saarinen egg chairs in the lobby, lots of shiny white surfaces and a single crisp green apple waiting stylishly for you in your room (for sharing!). In fact, when you first walk into the lobby it has the feel of an upmarket hair salon. The accommodation is modern and quite minimalist. The deluxe rooms at the back of the hotel are significantly bigger than the standards and a lot quieter. If you do go for a standard then I would imagine it can get pretty noisy at night, especially on the weekends, because the Morgan is right on Temple Bar’s main thoroughfare. Of course this makes it a great place to stay if you’re in town for a party - the bar and restaurant are both perfectly nice and you’ll have plenty of other nightlife options within walking distance as well.Recommended for:

I like to think of the Morgan as an oasis in Temple Bar. Outside, it’s all cobblestones, cheap lager, and stag parties, but when you get past the doors (and, at night, the thick-necked bouncers) you jump into a calm and neutral minimalist space, the kind of place you see on the covers of architecture magazines. The room was similar, but I was surprised to find that the corridors felt more like those of an office building or hospital. For a hotel of this type, the bar and restaurant get a lot of non-guest patronage, so you’re unlikely to find yourself in the situation of eating and early dinner in a near-empty room. There is bound to be a lot of racket from the street at night, so it’s a good idea to get a room on the other side of the building if you can.
The Morgan features a bar/lounge, laundry facilities, and currency exchange. High speed Internet access is available in public areas. Room service is available during limited hours. Guest parking is available for a surcharge. Additional property amenities include a video library.
Coffee/tea makers and minibars are offered. Bathrooms feature bathrobes and hair dryers. Guestrooms offer phones and in room safes. Televisions have satellite channels. Rooms also include clock radios. Guests may request irons/ironing boards and wake up calls.
