The Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes is one of the oldest museums in all of Latin America. It has been at this location since this building was constructed in 1910. You'll see a lot of colonial era art up to the contemporary times, including paintings of important, historical figures in Chilean history.Recommended for:

I really enjoyed exploring this place. When I visited with some friends there was a live art exhibit going on and a lot of the students actually were having visitors participate in their exhibits. Due to my inability to draw, I respectfully declined their offer for me to ruin their work.
