Some of the shops are good some are blah. The edge of the parking lot shops are all pretty good.
Personally my favorite places here are Oggi's Old Navy and Jamba Juice.
None the less the sears has some good deals on tools and household needs amongst other things. The couple of shoe wholesalers are great... I dont mind wandering/meandering through most of this mall and the food court is ok... love the samples and the see's samples as well...
The walmart is the trashiest place just about ever though... the panera bread is tasty but the pasta pomodoro is better...
so yeah its not a premium mall but a number of basics and decent shops in that group...

It's only a 10 minute drive from the condo, so DEFINITELY worth checking out. Not the same selection as some of the larger Outlet Malls that are an hour drive away, but it does have some of the bigger stores. It also includes several restaurants, a bowling alley, a skate park, a Dave & Buster's Arcade and a HUGE movie theater. Great place to spend a non-Disney day...

Not really impressed by this location. Looks gigantic from the outside, but the Men's selection is not all that great compared to Metro Point in Costa Mesa. The shoe selection is meager, and I do not really like the individual boxes; I prefer to dig through the piles and piles on the shelves to hopefully find a gem! Though, you do not have to wait for the other shoe like CM.
The Men's clothing section was also rather small. Nothing really special here, and not a whole lot of clearance stuff.

I went to school in the OC for undergrad and I used to come here for a sweater shop - something Steve. You could get college sweatshirts and funny tshirt for cheap. I got a lot of my CSUF sweaters here. Now it's closed down but I graduated a long time ago so I never come here anymore.
I came back and WOW, it's changed - for the better. AMC, tastetea, Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, D&B (ok, that has always been there along with Lucky Strike).... but you get my drift.
The one thing that remains the same... The Ghettoness of it all. I feel like the outside area is pretty... but some of the people are kinda ghetto and rude. I've had so many people run into me at the area and not apologize. Geez.
But I do love when you check in, you get a booklet of coupons! I used the pay $10 to get $20 game tokens from D&B. The games at this D&B give you MORE tickets than in Arcadia! I'm like WOW... this is easy! Big fish in small pool theory.
Overall... it's still fun... I'd come here for the games!

Man, this place has a lot of memories for me. Its where I used to hang out when I visited my sister who studied in socal. Its where I used to make a fool out of myself with members of the opposite sex. And occasionally I would try to look for macadamia nuts. I know, I know, but what about my diet... but they are toffee covered macadamia nuts!
I like this place because of the theater, cohiba, and borders...otherwise the place is ok - there is a number of good restaurants there. I go to DNB - unlike the one in Norcal it doesn't charge cover during the weekends....yeah I said they charge cover in Milpitas.
They have TGIF, got Krispy Kremes... oh yeah!!! Too bad they closed the skate park - I don't skate but it was nice to watch. I like going to Lucky Strike despite my sucking at it, but that's alright it is still a good place to have a great time. Otherwise the outdoor atmosphere of the place is to me it's redeeming quality. The parking does suck. And between you and me, dont try to wake up bikers that are sleeping in the parking lot.
