This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. It's simply stunningly gorgeous. So much detail in all of the decor and what a cool history. The location is great too and makes it easy to explore the city. The concierge service was top notch and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hilton, great hotel. One of my favorite Hilton's, with a great interior. Good location if you want to be in the Loop, or if you are attending a big convention and need a place on the shuttle bus route.

Really beautiful hotel, and a great location. I heard they invented the brownie here! The rooms are small but I consider that part of the charm - this is an old hotel! I highly recommend staying here.

A lot of great memories here. A great old classic hotel that pioneered the use of elevators and Edison's light bulb. But it's not the same since Trader Vic's left. The concierges are top shelf.

The Palmer House is a great location for accessing all the things Chicago. It's super close to transportation and well the cabs aren't expensive... but I like to walk.

Walk all the way up to the Mile, and cab it back with all my packages. Walk cover to the art museum. Cab it late night to great blues clubs nearby.

Lots of history here, and even if I'm not staying at the hotel, it's definitely on the Corey Hart tour. It's been in movies, TV shows, iconic album covers and print.

And just walking around The Loop has its own feel too. There are only so many elevated trains in the country and the unique cityscape they create is something to behold.
