I visit this hotel almost every time I come to HK. It's beautiful, classy, and just a joy to be at. I've been here for afternoon tea, a large birthday dinner, drinks at the bar, etc and service has always been top notch.

It may be a chain, and there are many cafes that serve better local & authentic food, but this is best local fast food chain. If you want fast food, skip the usual American suspects visit this chain.Popular withBudgetBackpackersStudents

Lei Garden is an award winning Chinese Restaurant chain in Hong Kong. There are quite a few branches in the City and many of them individually received from 1 to 2 stars from the Michelin Guide. Consistent service, tasty foods, and fresh ingredients is what can be expected from any of their branches. Lei Garden is one of my favorite ...Popular withFamilies

Located inside the HKG Peninsula, Imasa is a very popular Japanese restaurant for those in the know in HKG. While the overall expereince is neither trendy nor chic, it is classic and contemporary (which is much more preferred). The service impeccable, the fish fresh, and the dining experience very pleasant. Lunch time has a vast array of sets that are ...Popular withLuxuryFoodies

Met with family friends at Star of Canton restaurant for dim sum. We had the window corner table with great views of the harbour. Apparently Star of Canton gives a freebie of one ha gow (shrimp dumpling) per person so we got 2 steaming bamboo baskets full of juicy shrimp in thin and delicate rice wrappers. Their siu mai (pork ...

Probably the least well known of the restaurants in the Intercon. These guys did an excellent private banquet for a workshop we did on RMB internationalisation. Low key but outstanding Westernised Chinese cuisine.

Hak Ka Hut is great! Hak Ka Hut specializes in dim sum and Hakka-style cuisine. Hakka food stems from the Hakka people who live in the southeastern region of China. The food tastes delicious. I recommend the sweet Hakka dumplings with peanut fillings. Plus, the prices are quite affordable.Popular withFoodies

See Fah Restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui and is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Hong Kong. While the food isn't remarkable, it's still good and is convenient for those that want to eat late night food.Popular withFoodies

This stunning Szechuan spot has solid food and stunning views of Hong Kong harbor. Part of Aqua restaurants, hard to find fault even if the corporate affiliation can make it feel a bit too smooth for authenticity.Popular withFoodiesTrendstersBusiness

I come here every time I'm in HK. It's great comfort food. Lots of people get the macaroni soup and toast stuff. What I like to get is the corned beef with egg sandwich. Super fluffy white bread, fluffy eggs and tasty corned beef. Oh and wash it all down with an iced ovaltine.Popular withFoodiesFamiliesBackpackers

Really solid congee/jook near TST. Opens early with a large selection of proteins to flavourize your jook. Chicken is my favorite, though fish is a close second. Get an order of Chinese donuts to go along with it for a deep-fried start to your day.
