Not the cheapest place around, but GORGEOUS grilled cheese sandwiches abound. I've had the cheddar mozzerella brioche w/ tomato soup, the egg and cheese (my first time trying maple hot sauce), and a since-discontinued pillow of loveliness that was the gruyere and mushroom. All delicious. The curried pumpkin seeds were also very nice, as were the hibiscus and lime sodas. Haven't yet tried the cold-brew coffee there, but have heard it's amazing, and that they've moved onto mac and cheese and desserts as well. I plan on going back soon!

Nice low-key cafe / restaurant serving coffee, a variety of grilled cheeses, mac & cheese and other American dishes.
The community tables are a good working space in off-peak times. The relaxed vibe and good food make this a nice spot to hang out.
